Stephen Perse Foundation
Oppidan were delighted to begin our partnership with the Stephen Perse Foundation on a two-part mentoring programme.
The programme involved group training for student mentors and a follow-up private mentoring session.
During the group work, students were asked to think directly about their role as mentors receiving training in communication and leadership for their personal development and the wider school community's betterment.
The experience finished with a 1:1 and accompanying report – directly mentoring students for their next steps as sixth formers and providing actionable feedback to take forward as they continue their academic journey.
