Interested in working at Oppidan?
Our mentors are role models to children.
We pair mentors with families to provide 1-1 support, both online and face to face, and send mentoring teams to schools all over the UK and abroad to deliver Oppidan’s character programmes.
Whatever you choose to do in life, working with children is a catalyst to a fulfilling career. Our mentors are self-starters, empathetic, creative and with a deep interest in the development of young people. The majority of our mentor team balance Oppidan work with other part-time or full-time work. Mentors come from diverse professional fields, working 5-70 hours each month with Oppidan families and partner schools.
Increasingly we curate a small team of mentors, with a mix of self-employed and full-time salaried mentors. Applying to work at Oppidan is competitive, with a detailed application process.
